Use of powder paint for staining aluminum windows
Aluminum windows are one of the most practical window structures presented in the construction market. Their most important advantage is a great appearance that does not require repainting for a long time. Manufacturers carry out painting itself, and it is carried out using one of two ways: galvanic and by applying the paintwork. The galvanic method of painting the aluminum window is released by low cost, even though all the necessary devices have a high price. The manufacturer must use electrolytic baths, automatic load/unloading line, as well as a line for preparing the profile. On the other hand, all equipment does not need large areas, and at the same time, as a result, it turns out excellent in quality: the coating using a galvanic method has high resistance to atmospheric influences. Paint coatings are used when a wider color scheme is needed.
The painting of the aluminum window is carried out using powder paint, but this is preceded by the preparatory stage. First, the profile is cleaned and degreased, then – placed in a special camera that electrizes the window. The powder itself is sprayed above the profile, and after that the coating is elastic and with a high degree of adhesion. Painting of an aluminum window using a liquid paint based on a solvent is carried out in domestic conditions, in production practice, this method is extremely rare.
