House from a profiled beam: Advantages and technology of construction

Technology for the construction of houses from a profiled timber and its dignity

Profiled timber – these are wooden logs manufactured in production conditions, processed until they are fully readable to build a house. Each log has a perfectly flat surface, so there are no cracks when connecting logs in the wall. All logs of profiled timber have landing locks and insulation grooves. Therefore, houses built from a profiled timber do not need additional insulation, except if the house is in cold climatic conditions. Installation of a house from a profiled timber is similar to the assembly of a wooden designer for adults. There are several options and many projects of prefabricated houses from a profiled timber. These are one -story cottages with a veranda, one and a half -storey with an attic room. Foamy polystyrene tapes are used to compact insulation grooves. The bars are so tightly fitted to each other that the cracks do not appear even after the shrinkage of the house.

Each crown of the walls of the house is interconnected. In addition to locking fasteners, fasteners of logs and to the base of the foundation are produced using special brackets and solid metal structures. As well as walls, the design of the roof of the house is easily assembled from ready -made rafters and rafter fastening. Each separate roof node has mounting devices. In addition to the main mount, the roof frame is additionally strengthened by slopes and transverse bars.
