Rules and recommendations of office interior design
It’s no secret that a comfortable office arrangement is the main element in achieving high labor productivity. To correctly equip the space so that each employee can fully and without interference fulfill his duties is an indispensable task for each manager.
All rooms of the office are divided into two types: spaces for group activities, where successful work requires constant and active interaction and premises for individual activities, where privacy is required for each employee. It is difficult enough to find a balance between these needs.
For individual work, rooms or deaf partitions are most suitable. Some isolation allows you to completely immerse yourself in the performance of their individual duties, but interferes with the interaction of employees.
To enhance the contact between employees, it is necessary to place jobs in the same room, although even in this case, it is recommended to separate tables for moral comfort with furniture. This allows you to create a more close -knit team and accelerate working activity, however, in this room, as a rule, insufficient sound insulation, which can create some inconvenience.
