Collective monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling: manufacture, assembly and installation

The most universal and economical is the manufacture of prefabricated reinforced concrete interference ceilings.

Such ceilings are made directly at the place where they will be operated. The main device for the manufacture of such ceilings is the prefabricated metal formwork. Such formwork is mounted on special telescopic supports, close to the supporting walls, which allows you to create an overlap for placement of any form.

After installing the formwork, a reinforcing cage is assembled, according to the project. Universal welding equipment is used to perform these works.

The installed formwork and the reinforcing cage are filled with concrete. For laying and aligning the concrete layer, a universal tool is used – these are shovels of soviet and bayonet, wooden or metal ironing iron.

The compaction of the concrete layer is performed by electric building vibrators. Vibrators with rod nozzles can be used, while the vibrator’s working tool is consistently plunged throughout the area in a layer of flooded concrete. Vibrators with a flat base can also be used that move along the surface of the concrete layer, compacting it and forcing it to penetrate all the voids created by the reinforcing cage.
