Assessment of the construction market for the production and assembly of formwork
According to the results of the past year, the formwork market in the Northern capital increased by ten percent, analysts say. However, this year, the implementation did not move off the point that was characteristic of the beginning of the past 2018.
This market segment mainly depends on monolithic construction, in turn it is affected by large volumes of installation work in the region. Lev Kaplan, who is the vice-president of Soyuzpetrostroy, in principle, thinks that soon enterprises that are engaged in formwork may have some difficulties due to stagnation in the construction sphere and the lack of places where it is possible to storage paints and paintwork products.
Reasons for reducing activity
Investment activity in St. Petersburg has significantly decreased, the necessary programs for integrated land development are not accepted, there is no point development, which, in turn, is prohibited. In many cases, part of residential real estate is built on the border of the region and city, in these points the construction formwork is truly in demand. But companies that work with formwork noted that so far they have no problems as such, and there is enough work today.
The General Director of Gralyovka Borisov noted that his enterprises are going well today, the volume of the market for formwork has already been equal to almost pre -crisis indicators, so they do not see the reasons for special unrest.
