Advantages and disadvantages of warm plaster for wall decoration

Warm plaster is a mixture. But not what we are used to seeing in construction stores. Warm plaster consists of a cement mortar, which in turn is mixed with one of the following fillers: pumse powder, perlite sand, granules made of polystyrene foam.
Consider the advantages of warm plaster.
Firstly, to apply a warm plaster, no need to align the walls.
Secondly, to apply warm plaster, you do not need to grind the wall.
Thirdly, reinforcing mesh is not needed for warm plaster.
Fourthly, warm plaster is not available for biological exposure, t. e. rodents cannot start in it.
Of course, like any building material, warm stucco has its drawbacks:
Firstly, warm stucco costs an order of magnitude more expensive than their usual brothers.
Secondly, after covering the wall with warm plaster, it is necessary to complete the finish: either paint or cover with decorative plaster.
