Technology for the manufacture of ceramic tiles and features of technological control
A special enamel containing dyeing pigments is applied to the surface of the tiles, and then fed in the firing furnace. The length of such furnaces reaches about a hundred meters. The firing temperature is 1200 degrees Celsius. In the stove, the tile passes along the tape, gradually heated and cooling naturally. Thus, the strength of the tile and fixing the glaze on it are achieved. The firing process is controlled on each phase using computers. After the firing process is completed, the tile passes a flaw detector and visual control of compliance with the tone and caliber. Next is sorting in parties, packaging, marking and sending to the warehouse where finished products are stored.
The test process in the detector scenes is as follows: the tile is installed on special rails, which are located at the edges, and along the central part (since it is in this place the most internal voltage) is rolled with a certain load of the roller. This is called a break on a break. If during the testing process there is a cracking or the tile breaks, then such a material is rejected and does not go through the following stages of technical control. The process of determining the tone tonality and the presence of defects on the surface passes visually the operator. This is almost the only stage of the production process in which a person is directly involved.
