Constructive features and advantages of thermoprofil

Thermoprofil is a specially designed product. It has a unique reduced heat transfer comparable to the heat transfer of a wooden beam of the same size.

These properties of the metal profile are achieved due to the longitudinal perforation, made in a checkerboard pattern, which leads to a significant lengthening of the heat transfer path. In this profile, a rack with flat or increased stiffness of the wall, as well as a beam profile, is used as a basis.

“Thermoprofil” is a fundamental element of the concept of low -rise construction, thanks to which it became possible to create frames of metal buildings without fear of the emergence of “cold bridges” and moisture condensation places.

This design of the “thermoprofil” ensures the location of the crossing boundary (heat-cold) in the center of the section. One of the walls can have a temperature plus 20, and the other – minus 20 degrees Celsius. This profile is the main thing for the manufacture of all supporting parts of the external walls.

The rest of the LSTK do not have such properties and are used on the same temperature side, inside or outside the building, without participating in the process of thermal insulation.
