Air resistance of angular joints: methods of checking and examining
Increased air permeability of angular joints is a consequence of insufficient compression of insulation gaskets and the absence of sealing materials in the junction.
At the outer air temperature-35 ° C, the zone of hoarfrost on the inner sheets of the skin of panels in contact with the outer air was distributed by 5-10 cm. In some places of the factory, increased humidity was observed, as a result of which, with relatively small changes in the temperature between the inner air and the surface of the panels, condensation occurred. For example, at the location of the panel, air humidity was 63%, and as a result, condensation occurred on its upper edge. In places of location of tanks with water, where humidity was even higher, the condensation covered the entire surface of the panels and subsidies formed.
When examining the wall fencing of the Yakut State District House in winter, a picture of the distribution of temperatures on the internal surfaces of the panels was also obtained. During measurements, the outdoor temperature ranged from -14 to -26 ° C, and the air temperature indoors from +10 to + 11 ° C. The low temperature in the room at the temperatures of the outer air relatively high for Yakutsk indicates the general unsatisfactory temperature regime of the building caused by a high breathability of the joints. This is also evidenced by the reduced temperature of the internal cladding of panels in the seams zone, especially vertical ones, which was practically possible to prickly picit for the building. In the zone of vertical seams, the temperature of the linshes, as a rule, was 6-7, and in the zone of horizontal seams 3-5 ° C lower than on the rest of the panels.
