Monolithic wall manufacturing technology using non -removable formwork
Wall manufacturing technology
The main feature of construction, using the isoda technology, is the manufacture of walls by monolithic concreting in non -removable formwork of polystyrene foam.
The start of the construction of the walls is carried out by the installation of the first row of formwork on the foundation. The surface for the installation of formwork should have a strictly horizontal plane of good quality. Vertical reinforcing issues from the foundation are passed through formwork blocks. After laying the first row, the horizontal reinforcement of the periodic profile is laid on it, connected to the vertical reinforcement, the twisting method, using a knitting wire.
The second row of formwork is installed similarly, but with a displacement relative to the first, to ensure the overlap of vertical joints.
After the installation and reinforcement of the reinforcement, concreting is carried out. For reliable and high-quality concreting, it is performed for two or three rows, no more. So it is possible to guarantee the integrity of the formwork and the possibility of high -quality compaction of the mass of concrete. The compaction of flooded concrete is carried out by bayonet, using segments of reinforcing steel. Pour concrete pouring into the formwork must be done from periphery to center. Thus, a monolithic reinforced concrete wall is created, enclosed on both sides to a heater from polystyrene foam.
