Methods and features of independent alignment of the ceiling
If in one of the rooms of your house you have long dreamed of leaving the ceiling, then the sooner you do it, the faster the appearance of your home to improve in general. To begin with, you should decide in exactly what way you plan to level the ceiling, and having rummaged on the Internet, you are likely to dwell on two main methods – “dry” and “wet” and you will already choose one of them, the most suitable for you. The names of these methods came from the composition of the materials that you will use – dry finishing materials or ready -made mixtures.
The easiest way, unless, of course, the height changes on the ceiling do not exceed two to three centimeters-this is the processing of the ceiling with a special putty for alignment. You will not need to prepare your ceiling much to apply this putty, you will only need to gently smear it on the ceiling, wait until it dries and then also delicately process the resulting surface with sandpaper.
However, if the differences on your ceiling are very significant (more than three centimeters), then you cannot do without special devices. And first you need a special grid, which the very first will be attached to the ceiling with small cloves or hooks, and after it covers your entire ceiling, a leveling putty will be imposed on it. Only such a net will be able to withstand a thick layer of plaster.
