How do managers prevent employees from working?

There are bosses who are sure that they create ideal conditions for their employees, although the results say the opposite.

I believe that the main mistake of a manager is to hire incompetent employees. The commercial director hired a completely illiterate head of the marketing department. The lady taught marketing, and then decided to come “to the field”. I don’t know how she talked everyone into it, but she doesn’t understand anything, is rude to her subordinates, is sarcastic, and screws up. It has become difficult to work. The department survives at the expense of experienced employees who continue to drag everything along.

Not allowing an initiative employee to develop: you are seen only in the position you are sitting in, and are not allowed to do other things, because “you are convenient here, and you will have to teach a new one.” Or, if you want, take on responsibilities in addition to the ones you already have. It doesn’t matter that you already have overtime every day.
