It is usually very difficult to start repairs. And if they started, it will be better to entrust it to specialists: plumbers, electricians and professionals in the decoration of premises. You can’t save here, because after the repair everything should work well and work correctly. Balcony and loggia also deserve repairs. This territory can be turned into a functional additional space of the apartment.

The main task of removing the balcony is an increase in useful area. After this problem is solved, glazing is done, and then the rest of the “turnkey” arrangement is done. The vessels include comprehensive insulation of the balcony: machines code windows around the perimeter, floor and ceiling. On the outside, the balcony is usually insulated with polystyrene or URSA, which is sheathed outside with a metal corrugated board or vinyl siding. The floor inside the loggia or balcony is made according to the laid wooden lags, between which the insulation is also laid. OSB slabs are attached to the lags, on which the flooring is laid to choose from the customer. The walls and ceiling of the balcony are subject to decoration: they are covered with putty, painting, or plastic or lining is done.
In addition, the balcony located on the top floor requires a set of work on roof equipment. It is strengthened by a metal frame and covered with a metal corrugated board or bitumen tile.
