Technology and features of engineering communications
Communication lines of various life support systems of the building are laid at all stages of construction. In the manufacture of the foundation, it is planned to enter communications into the perimeter of the building or the openings and channels are performed in the design of the foundation, in order to introduce communication lines at later stages of construction.
The inter -story ceilings include passing openings for communications.
Pipe lines of not large diameter, cable and wired communications can be installed in the channels made in the formwork body. Such channels can be performed using a mechanical disk saw, with adjustable cutting depth, and the subsequent removal of cut parts of the formwork.
Cable-wire lines are laid in the channels created, thus, and are fixed with a rapidly hardwood solution.
Distributive switching boxes are also installed in the same way. They are fixed to the depths of the future layer of plaster, so that after applying it to the wall surface remains visible and accessible for maintenance, the cover that covers the camshaft.
Large diameter pipelines are located in special niches and boxes, which provide openings and hatches for maintenance.
